XL Guide (Windows compliant) is the software used to control the Kongsberg cutting table. With an intuitive interface, setting up a job with multiple files and cutting has bever been easier.

Job Setup (Material Setup)

Set the values for cutting speed, acceleration, creasing power, etc. for each material.

Layout

Create a layout from a oneup within XL Guide to make the most of your limited materials.

Material Thickness Check

Each tool checks the thickness (height) of the material before cutting. This also allows you to make half-cuts easily.

Return to Point of Origin

Set the point of origin for each job.

Copy

Copy the oneup data to anywhere on the table to multiply results.

Rotation

Use this fuction to rotate the layout data according to which way the grain of the material is facing.
